Under the French Law of 29 July 1881 on freedom of the press, anyone named or identified in an article published by pockyboston Daily has a right of reply.

How to exercise this right

A request for a right of reply must be sent by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt to the publication director, or through our contact form, within three months of publication of the article concerned.

The reply may not exceed the length of the original article and must comply with applicable law.

Processing

We undertake to publish any admissible right of reply within a maximum of three days of receipt, in a position equivalent to that of the article concerned.
